Straight from Crunchyroll, Animax now has all 12 episodes of School Days and all 24 episodes of Chrono Crusade linked. If you haven't yet seen School Days and want a teen angst series with an unwelcome twist (or welcome, depending on how you roll), I definitely suggest School Days. It's a great series. I have not yet seen Chrono Crusade although I do plan to watch it.
Also from Crunchyroll, episodes 11 and 12 of Saki are now posted. A little late, sorry. The final episode will be posted soon .
Taisho Yakyuu Musume premieres today. Once a subbed version is released, I will check it out and see if it is going to be posted in our Direct Downloads for the summer season or not. I am also still waiting for a subbed version of Umineko no Naku Koro Ni, which premiered yesterday.
If you haven't already checked out the first episode of Aoi Hana, it is linked now from Crunchyroll. If you're into yuri series, I definitely suggest this one. It had a very good first episode and it is looking like it's going to be a good series.
Crunchyroll is now streaming the first episode of the summer show Aoi Hana. I just got done watching it and I have to say, while I think it is going to be a little cliched in some parts, it is looking like it won't be such a bad show. If you want to watch the first episode, it is linked now on Animax under Streaming Media.
We have a new streaming series for you today. From Kadokawa Pictures and YouTube, the ever popular, wild and crazy, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. The first 7 episodes of season 1 are now streaming, and the first episode of the recently premiered 2nd season is also streaming. Kadokawa Pictures seems to be a little slow in their posting, but we will post more episodes of this great series as they become available to us.
Also added in streaming media, Bleach episodes 27-40 are now posted, and Shangri-La episode 13 is also up.

As far as summer series go, I managed to watch the first episode of Umi Monogatari (Sea Story). While I did think the ED was cool, that was really the only thing that caught me, so it looks like I won't be watching that show this summer. This also means it won't be on Animax, sorry. Not to worry though, there are still plenty other series I plan on giving a shot that could end up here for direct download. Aoi Hana and Umineko no Naku Koro Ni both premiere July 1st.
Also, the 2nd Rebuild Of Evangelion movie, Evangelion 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance premiered in Japanese theaters yesterday. Here's hoping for a cam rip
Starting out, from Funimation, we have the first 12 episodes of the currently airing Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood series. We will be posting new episodes as Funimation makes them available to us. Also from Funimation, all 13 episodes of Gunslinger Girl: Il Teatrino. If you watched Madhouse's fantastic adaption of this show, you will definitely want to see the new season.
From ADV Films, we have all 13 episodes of Chance Pop Session.
Also new episodes of series we're already streaming, episode 12 of Shangri-La is now posted, and episodes 22+23 of Kurokami are up now, which I believe completes the series.
More direct downloads will be uploaded soon. I am on summer break right now and don't have access to my university's connection, so streaming will have to hold you for now. As soon as I go back, the last episode of Eden of the East will be posted, along with more Shakugan no Shana II.

First of all, I want to announce that our friend BoxTorrents is no longer in existence. If you've been to Boxtorrents recently, you may have noticed the notice on the front page, and the instructions to visit the new website BakaBT. I don't want to go into much detail here, but the owner of BoxTorrents, Box, was pocketing donation money. Because of this, the administrators and rest of the staff at Boxtorrents (including myself) have decided to move the community to http://www.bakabt.com. Everything that you previously had at BoxTorrents, has been moved there and nothing has really changed except the name, and lack of the founder, Box. I hope that everyone who previously enjoyed BoxTorrents will make the transition over to BakaBT for your high quality, anime torrenting needs.
Now that I have that out of the way, on to the media update. First off in Direct Downloads, Clannad Afterstory episodes 4-24 are now uploaded, completing the series Enjoy.
Secondly, the latest episode of Eden Of The East has been uploaded. I haven't watched this episode yet, but if it's anything like the previous 9 episodes, I am not expecting anything but quality. The last episode premieres this Thursday (tomorrow).
Finally, Shakugan no Shana II episodes 1-3 are now posted. If you're a fan of the first season of Shana, which has been released by Geneon and Funimation, you are sure to like this season as well. Plus, season 3 begins airing this Fall, so look forward to that.
In the streaming department, we have added the first 12 episodes of Gundam 00, which are dubbed in English. Streaming of these episodes are thanks to Bandai Entertainment and YouTube.
The title says it all, Animax is now linking to streaming media. All of our streaming media is legal, so go and watch to your heart's content. Please note that some series may not be available in certain areas. If you find that is the case, this is due to licensing restrictions and there is nothing we can do, sorry.

Well, here we are, back again. After discovering the beauty of university upload speeds, I have decided to once again, get off my lazy ass, and start Animax back up.
We are going to be a media site only, and will feature both direct downloads as well as streaming media. I am also going to be uploading OSTs, Manga, hentai for those of you who are of age and non-anime series such as American Dreams. Also, we are only going to be offering unlicensed stuff, sorry guys. If you want licensed stuff, you will have to get it elsewhere, otherwise buy the DVDs and support the anime industry. A lot of series are worth buying.
Right now, I only have a few direct downloads up. All 9 episodes of Eden of the East are posted, subbed by GG. This is my favorite series of all the Spring 2009 anime season, and it only has 2 episodes left. If you haven't yet gotten a chance to see it, I highly suggest downloading it. Also up are the first 3 episodes of Clannad Afterstory, the sequel to Clannad which was recently released on R1 dvd by Sentai Filmworks. It's a great show and I highly suggest watching both it, and the first season.
More series/episodes/media will be up soon, I promise, as well as the layout will finally be finished. As you can see a lot of stuff is still under construction.
